This is our ORIGINAL Barre course in which you will be guided in the Concepts Barre techniques to achieve long and lean muscle tone using low impact but high intensity movements. Give us 50 minutes and you’ll receive an amazing total body workout that is fun, and fast paced!

BARRE S.A.S. (Strength and Stretch)
If you like PIYO you’ll LOVE S.A.S! This workout uses Pilates and Yoga inspired movements and your body weight along with some amazing BARRE basics to give you a great full body workout without the weights!
BARRE BS (Bands/Balls & Sliders)
This is our more advanced course in which we utilize the bender balls, resistance bands, and sliders to achieve a deeper burn and enhance the muscle tone even further while still building long and lean muscle mass. If you love feeling the burn then this is your class!
