BARRE 101, Strength & Stretch, Bands/Balls & Sliders

Welcome to Concepts Fitness Studio, a new addition to the Concepts family this year!  We will be offering BARRE and BARRE based fitness classes that will ROCK your world! Our classes are 50-55 minutes and utilize large and small muscle isolation movements that not only give you a total body workout but produce amazing results!  We move through a routine that utilizes the floor, ballet BARRE, and light weights to give you tone and allows you to keeping burning fat long after the workout is over. This will lead you to producing some amazing results and lead you to a great start to a healthy and happy lifestyle. Our goal at Concepts Fitness is to create a fitness family where we can build lasting relationships, grow a solid community, and help you reach your personal health and fitness goals.
